Ambassador's Residence Service Staff (Fixed-term)

The Australian Ambassador’s Residence in Tokyo is seeking a Residence Service Staff.   The position would suit a person who has relevant industry experience, can handle multiple tasks, has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys working as part of a small team. The person should be able to communicate in English including with senior guests.

DEFENCE Administration Coordinator

The Defence Section at the AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY Tokyo is seeking a very flexible person who is a committed member of the team and is able to prioritise effectively at short notice. 

Under general direction of the Defence Office Manager, the Administration Coordinator must provide administrative coordination for all visits, events and travel arrangements required by the Defence Office Tokyo.  This position also requires liaison with internal and external stakeholders and linguistic support.

Knowledge of Australian Department of Defence or the Australian Public Service is desirable.
