#TK025 Defence Office Manager
The Defence Section at the Australian Emassy in Tokyo is seeking a highly motivated team player with superior organisational skills and proven experience in office management.
The Defence Office Manager must professionally coordinate the administrative needs of the Defence Section in Tokyo by working closely with both Australian and Japanese colleagues across the Embassy and maintaining effetive relationships with external stakeholders. You will manage budgets, personnel, property, travel, visits, events, accommodation, and other administrative processes.
The applicant must have a high level of English and Japanese communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience in an international government organisation is desirable for this position.
