#TK009 Visits and Protocol Officer (DFAT)
The Australian Embassy in Tokyo is seeking a highly motivated bilingual Visits and Protocol Officer. The successful applicant will be able to deliver high level support and logistical coordination for VIP and ministerial visits as well as the full range of protocol services to teams across the Embassy.
You must be a strong team player with high-level interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to foster productive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience with and a good knowledge of Japanese Government and protocol is highly desirable.
This position may require irregular working hours, including weekends, during busy periods. Additional hours worked will be compensated in line with the Australian Embassy’s employment conditions package.
