If you are renewing a passport that is still current (or an expired passport for eligible applicants), you are qualified to use a single page renewal form.
Required documents:

Single page renewal form
(Print the form single sided using the "fit to page" setting to ensure no sections are missing) -
2 Australian Passport photos (Full name written on back of 1 photo, signature/endorsement not required)

Do not attach photos to application form, attaching photos to the application form with glue, paperclips, staples or bulldog clips can mark or damage the photo making them unusable

(Japanese Residence Card / Driver’s Licence / My Number Card) -
